Before you write
  • Credits missing after a purchase — reopen the app while online; a purchase that Apple confirmed but the app hadn't recorded finishes on the next launch. If it still hasn't landed, send us the App Store receipt email.
  • A generation failed — credits are only charged once a result is saved, so a failed generation costs nothing. Try a different photo or style; our provider's moderation refuses some images.
  • Refunds — all App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue them for you.
